AI Engineer
We're looking for an AI Engineer to help build and scale our lead qualification and scoring systems. You'll work on machine learning models that predict lead quality, automate outreach personalisation, and optimise our targeting algorithms.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement ML models for lead scoring and qualification
- Build and maintain data pipelines for training and inference
- Develop AI-powered tools for outreach personalisation
- Collaborate with the product team to integrate AI features
- Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in ML/AI engineering
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with NLP and/or recommendation systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Understanding of MLOps and model deployment
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Background in sales/marketing technology

Senior Creative
